Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.
- Large electric cargo bikes (e.g., electric tuk-tuks, golf cart) require special delivery arrangements and may include additional shipping costs.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above 999 AED: FREE Shipping across Dubai and the UAE.
- Orders below 999 AED: A flat-rate delivery fee of 150 AED applies.

Payment Terms

Advance & Balance – A 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order/booking. The remaining balance is payable before or upon delivery.

Currency – All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise agreed.

Confirmation – Customers must share proof of payment (receipt, transfer slip, or cheque copy) to validate the booking.

Installments – Customers using Tabby or Tamara are subject to approval and the terms of those providers.

Security – All card and digital payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways for customer protection.

- Products will only be delivered or handed over after payment confirmation.
- Current dated cheques are accepted; however, orders are considered confirmed only after successful clearance.
