Refund and Returns Policy

At My Golf Ride (mygolfride.com), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which products may be returned or refunded for both UAE and international orders.

1.Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, modification, or improper handling.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon delivery:
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Batteries (once installed or used)
  • Electric vehicles or heavy-duty items once used or registered

3.Domestic Returns (Within UAE)

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • For heavy-duty or duty items, return pickup charges will be calculated based on location.

4. International Returns (Outside UAE)

  • International returns are accepted only after prior approval from My Golf Ride.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
  • Shipping charges paid initially are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses during international return transit.

5.Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos must be shared for verification.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection and approval.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on the bank.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases such as:
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Products returned in non-original condition
  • Visible signs of use

8. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • Exchange shipping charges may apply.

9.Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is treated as a return.
  • Special-order or customized items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
