✅ Payment Terms

1.Advance & Balance – 50% advance payment required to confirm an order/booking; balance payable before or upon delivery.

2.Currency – All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise agreed.

3.Confirmation – Proof of payment (receipt, transfer slip, or cheque copy) must be shared to validate the booking.

4.Installments – Customers using Tabby or Tamara are subject to their respective approval and terms.

5.Security – All card and digital payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

•Delivery or handover of products will be arranged only after payment confirmation.

•Current dated cheques are accepted; however, orders are considered confirmed only after successful clearance.

•Late or failed payments may cause delays in delivery.
